Socio-economic Flow of Benefits Survey

Detailed information about the socio-economic importance of the lobster fishery to coastal communities is lacking.

Describing the flow of benefits to coastal communities would make them more visible to stakeholders and decision-makers.

Helping to inform adaptive decision-making in support of harvester, coastal community, and regional resilience in the face of rapid climate and ecosystem change.
